ABOUT

I, like everyone, have had times in my life where I was overwhelmed with self-doubt, self-hatred, and feelings of not being enough.

 

When you go through things like having a cocaine-addicted mother, a physically & verbally abusive father, total business failures, a drug-induced heart attack, two suicide attempts, and never-ending comparison of myself to others, there is no wonder I had a negative self-image.

 

I'm still, and always will be, a work in progress. However, through trial and error of- reading hundreds of self-help books, having different types of medical procedures, being physically active, and talking to some of the world’s top individuals, and an array of other tactics. I have found solid and proven ways to improve what matters most in this world- what we think about ourselves when we are by ourselves.  

 

We have an epidemic in our society of feelings of not being enough, worthlessness, comparison, depression, anxiety, suicide, and poor mental health all on a massive rise. We have to, once and for all, work on ourselves. I do not wish a nanosecond of the mental darkness I experienced on anyone. That is why I have dedicated my life to help as many people as possible through this podcast, coaching, talks & lectures to overcome life's obstacles, the biggest one being ourselves
